Scholarship Program
The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation’s scholarship funds provide assistance for students seeking tuition at vocational, two-year, or four-year colleges or universities accredited in the United States. Scholarship recipients are chosen by multiple scholarship selection committees. Eligibility requirements and application contact information vary for each scholarship.

The Community Foundation is grateful to the generous donors who have established over 80 scholarship funds for students in the Tacoma-Pierce County community. During our 2009 Fiscal Year, the Community Foundation disbursed more than $272,000 in scholarship awards to area students.

If you are interested in establishing a scholarship fund, please contact us at 253.383.5622 to learn about giving through the Community Foundation.
