To qualify for a grant from the Community Foundation’s Vibrant Community Grantmaking Program, an organization must:
* Be a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization or be affiliated with a tax-exempt organization
* Provide a service primarily for residents of Pierce County
* Provide a service that falls under one of the Five Elements of a Vibrant Community: Arts & Culture, Basic Needs, Education, Environment, or Neighborhood & Communities
* Not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, physical or mental disabilities, gender or national origin; be inclusive with clients, volunteers and staff.
