Timeline

November: 
  •   Grant Information Session– first week of November
  • Letters of Intent (LOI) due to Community Foundation – November 15

December: 

  • Community Foundation notifies applicants if a full proposal is requested – December 20
 
January:
  • If invited, a full proposal due to the Community Foundation – January 30
NOTE: Community Foundation will provide application form to invited grantees.
  • Pierce Conservation District Staff will conduct a site visit
February-March:
  • The Green Partnership Fund Committee meets to review and rank proposals to make recommendations to the Pierce Conservation District Board of Trustees for final approval.
April:
  • Pierce Conservation District Board of Trustees approves grant recommendations. Grant acknowledgements sent to agencies from the Community Foundation late-April. 
 
If awarded a grant from the Green Partnership Fund: Funding is distributed to agencies through a reimbursement trimester reporting schedule.

    • Project Phase I Report: Due August 30
      •  Payment: November 15 
  •  Project Timeframe: September 1- December 30
    • Project Phase II Report: Due January 2     
      • Payment: March 1
  • Project Timeframe: January 1 – April 30 
    •  Final Project Report: Due May 10
      •  Payment: July 15
