Collaborative Leadership Program

The Collaborative Leadership Program Fund at the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation exists to support work that fosters the principles, practices, and outcomes of collaborative leadership in addressing complex natural resource and other public policy challenges. Rooted in the successful efforts of the Collaborative Leadership Project (www.pugetsoundinstitute.org/collaborative-leadership-project), the fund supports efforts to build on Washington state’s rich history of collaborative problem solving to support enduring and inclusive solutions for current and future generations. The fund also supports efforts by community leaders to collaboratively reimagine the Center for Urban Waters (www.urbanwaters.org), which hosts the Puget Sound Institute and the Collaborative Leadership Project.
