When did you start working with Greater Tacoma Community Foundation (GTCF)?

I began working with GTCF in March 2005.

Briefly describe what you do in your role with GTCF

Having served as GTCF Controller and then CFO, I am working my way towards retirement. I currently assist with major accounting/financial/organizational projects and strive to share the institutional knowledge I have gained over the past sixteen years with our Accounting/Finance Team.

What other jobs or positions have you held?

I have held various accounting positions and, just prior to coming to GTCF, was an auditor for a CPA firm that specialized in providing services to not-for-profit organizations.

Outside of GTCF, what enjoyable activity do you engage in? What brings you joy?

Playing in the dirt brings me joy. I have spent my summer rebuilding my little backyard fishpond and gardening. I also enjoy walking, doing home projects, and hanging with the people I love.
