Annual Community and Friends Celebration : 40th Anniversary & New Space Ribbon Cutting!
Come celebrate our newly renovated space with, light refreshments & appetizers & local jazz from University of Puget Sound's Jazz Orchestra director & local legend Tracy Knoop & trio. We will performing a Tacoma Chamber Ribbon cutting & enjoying a viewing of history from Financial Insights. Door donations will be accepted to support local non profit Palmers Scholars whose mission is to support underrepresented Pierce County residents of color to overcome financial, social & cultural barriers to pursuing higher education.

Venardos Circus at Tacoma STAR Center
Created by former Ringling Bros. Ringmaster Kevin Venardos (veh-NARR-dos), the Venardos Circus wraps world-class animal-free circus acts into a Broadway Musical-style format dubbed “The American Circus with the heart of a Broadway Show.” Venardos Circus proudly features its own custom-made big-top, a classic red-and-white striped tent, with an intimate feel and limited seating.
