Apprisen is the first and oldest non-profit consumer credit counseling agency in the United States. We address individual financial situations and identify options in each person’s best interests through comprehensive, confidential counseling. While the majority of our counseling is done in-person at local offices, telephone and internet counseling services are also available. Our customer service phone line is answered 24/7. Through our financial education focus, we provide the tools and resources consumers need to manage their money successfully. With over 50 local offices, Apprisen offers one of the largest networks of community-based counseling and education.
