Learning About Culture Through Food: Taste of Asia Classes at APCC

Go on a culinary journey of Asia and the Pacific Islands at Asia Pacific Cultural Center’s (APCC’s) Taste of Asia Classes on the first Saturday of each month. Each month we feature a different county, teaching the class how to make delicious and authentic dishes with recipes that you can take home and try to make on your own. Last year, participants learned how to cook dishes like Mongolian Dumplings, Balinese Fried Rice from Indonesia, Samoan Sapasui, and much more! Come for one class or join us for all the classes, held at APCC.
