NEW! Intro to Cyanotype Photography

June 16, 2018 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$35 – $46

Meet and work with the talented artist Zachary Burns as he teaches students how to make unique photographic images! This class will explore analog photography by learning about one of the oldest processes, the photographic blueprint or cyanotype. In this class you will learn how to coat paper with cyanotype chemistry, create photograms using natural and manmade materials, and create a digital negative.
Students should bring a digital image they would like to print and a few small objects to make photograms. Objects with some transparency or small detail typically work well. No experience necessary and all other materials will be provided for the class. Pre-registration is required.
