Funding Opportunities

Greater Tacoma Community Foundation carries out its mission by investing in the vision, passion, and expertise of hundreds of nonprofit organizations and residents, and by working in partnership with our donors to give scholarships to help students further their educations.

GTCF makes community investments in quality programs that we believe will make Pierce County a place where every person can reach their full potential and where a robust culture is strengthened and celebrated.

Our roots run deep in the nonprofit community, with relationships built over decades. That experience has allowed us to build unmatched expertise in helping nonprofits achieve their missions as effectively, and with as much impact, as possible. All funding is awarded based on a rigorous process of research, due diligence, planning and evaluation. Learn more about each of our funding opportunities below.
