What is the most exciting part of your role with GTCF?

Learning more about GTCF and helping assist it in achieving its goals.

What other jobs or positions have you held?

Trustee of Saint Martin's University, Trustee of Charles Wright Academy, Chair of University Place Planning Commission

Outside of GTCF, what enjoyable activity do you engage in? What brings you joy?

Travel, working on classic British cars and vintage electronics, and enjoying time with family and friends.

What activity, place, or event do you recommend other people check out in Pierce County?

Sailing, hiking and discovering new places and experiences in the area.

What is the most inspiring book that you have read and why?

Any book on history or technology but currently reading "The American Revolution" by Ken Burns and Geoffrey Ward, which is especially relevant in 2026. If forced to pick only one, it would be "Dune", a childhood favorite that I continue to reread to this day.
