The nonprofit industry has a voluntary turnover rate of 19% which is higher than the industry average of 12%*. To continue to meet the rising demands of our missions – it’s time to reboot, revise and revitalize our organizations and ourselves starting with building organizational awareness.

The Philanthropy Summit traditionally brings together approximately 150+ plus professionals representing all aspects of the philanthropic community including nonprofits, foundations, and allied professionals in the financial, legal, and accounting arenas.  The summit will feature keynotes from industry thought leaders, a panel presentation from sector innovators, roundtable discussions led by prominent local philanthropic professionals, and a networking happy hour so participants can connect with old friends and make new connections.
