Guiding Focus of Network  

Collaboration across a broad spectrum of leaders of the “Mid-County” area (Parkland/Spanaway/Frederickson/other) 

How Network Was Formed 

Superintendents Tom Siegel (Bethel) and Frank Hewins (Franklin Pierce) collaborated with the PLU President at the time to establish the collaboration.  

Shared Successes That Have Emerged From This Network 

Shared understanding of challenges and celebrations unique to the area. MANY relationships have been formed through these tri-yearly meetings
