EVENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are desperate for volunteers; can you please help pass along the word? This opportunity is wonderful for employees, friends, colleagues, and teens!
Without our volunteers, this would not be a successful event! It takes a large team to assist with all the details to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and ASAPC cannot thank you enough for all your dedication and participation. THANK YOU!
• Set-up: 8am-2pm
• Event Night: 4pm-9:30pm (training starts at 3:00PM)
• Clean-up: 9:30pm-10:15pm
• Couples and Friends
• Corporate Teams
• Teens who need service hours (15+)
• Set-up Crew – Silent auction, decorations, etc.
• Registration – Check in guests, information, cashiering.
• Silent Auction/Item pick up – Help guests with mobile bidding, package up items for guests, and give to guests at event end.
• VIP Silver Cloud Club Experience Host(s) – Concierge for VIP guests.
• Drinko Game – Help with running game and give wine to runner for guest storage.
• Casino Cashiers – Control distribution of chips to guests.
• Runners/Spotters – Assist with distributing chips to guests and assisting recorders and auctioneer during the live auction.
• Recorders – Sit near stage and record winning bids.
• Clean-up Crew – Clean up decorations and other items.
• Other food and beverages available in volunteer room
• Participate in mobile bidding (providing it doesn’t interfere with job duties)
• Validated Free Parking
• Name and Business recognition during event
• Photo Recognition shared on ASAPC social media pages
