Metro Parks Tacoma : Polar Plunge 2024

Join your community to kick off the new year January 1st starting at 11:30am with a cool tradition—a refreshing Polar Plunge into invigorating Puget Sound!
Adult Plunge is first and then at 12:30 pm is the Cub & Family Plunge.
Participants get a commemorative fleece blanket with ticket purchase as a token for those who dared take the icy plunge (while supplies last)
Costumes are welcome and encouraged but not required.

For the safety of participants, life jackets will be available, and lifeguards will be stationed on the docks.

Parking is located at Point Defiance Marina Boat Launch.
