Natives Exhibit Opening Celebration

Join us for the opening of “Natives”, a celebration of the diversity of North American trees and the unique terrains that shape them. See large-scale American landscapes by artist Iuna Tinta paired with bonsai indigenous to the region. Learn how the living art of bonsai connects you to the natural world.
Opening day events include:
-Docent led tours (11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm)
-Artist Panel Discussion (1pm)
-Meet artist Iuna Tinta and get your print signed (11am -12pm and 2:30pm-3:30pm)
-Meet the Washington Trails Association (11am-2pm)
-Stacks Burgers food truck
-Museum Pop-up Gift Shop

Featuring bonsai and accent plantings by artists who have championed the use of native species – Chamberlain, Choe, Elser, Hagedorn, Knight, Neil, Robinson – and the trees of Pacific Bonsai Museum.
